Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients’ abilities in daily living tasks
• Plan and implement personalized rehabilitation services
• Consult on low vision strategies for independence
• Engage with external health providers to ensure continuity of care
• Document clients' progress and maintain records
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with a provincial occupational therapy body
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and rehabilitation practices
• Willingness to travel for client support
