In this role, you will assess and treat both inpatient and outpatient clients, creating customized care plans that improve their quality of life. You will be an essential part of a transformative healthcare organization dedicated to the needs of Indigenous and remote populations. Your knowledge of practice and regulations will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality care delivery in a collaborative team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat diverse patient populations effectively
• Implement and modify treatment methods as necessary
• Support operational planning for the department
• Establish standards for competent practice
• Comply with standards set by the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario needed
• Prior hospital experience is a plus
• Ability to manage urgent priorities and changing circumstances
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations
