Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in therapy services for residents as directed

• Report observations to therapists and other staff

• Maintain therapy equipment and recommend purchases

• Ensure a clean and safe work environment

• Partake in quality improvement activities and meetings

Requirements:

• Completed Rehabilitation Assistant program or equivalent experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to organize responsibilities effectively

• Physical capability to fulfill job duties

• Familiarity with therapeutic equipment operation
