In this role, you will partner with clients and their support networks to implement targeted occupational therapy interventions within Fraser Health's mental health and substance use programs. Utilize your skills in assessment, planning, and delivery to create meaningful client experiences and actively contribute to their rehabilitation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen and analyze client functional capacity and needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and community evaluations
• Lead individual and group therapy based on client goals
• Collaborate with community agencies to streamline support services
• Advocate for client needs in program development discussions
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• At least two years’ experience in a relevant field
• B.C. Class V Driver's License with vehicle access
• Knowledgeable in contemporary rehabilitation practices
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills essential
