Drive excellence in food service at Southbridge Care Homes as the Dietary Manager. Oversee meal preparation and enhance dining experiences for residents in this full-time position.
As the Dietary Manager, you will be charged with maintaining safe and nutritious meal offerings tailored to the needs of residents. This role involves leadership, regulatory compliance, and ensuring a collaborative work environment among dietary staff. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize high-quality dietary services for residents
• Implement continuous quality improvements in food service
• Lead and motivate dietary staff for optimal productivity
• Ensure food preparation meets health regulations
• Maintain compliance with record-keeping standards
Requirements:
• Membership in the Canadian Society of Nutritional Management required
• At least 2 years’ experience in dietary management
