As a member of the team at Hillsview Acres, your role is vital in helping residents achieve their daily living goals. You will assist with ADLs and IADLs under the supervision of healthcare professionals. The job requires adaptability as well as excellent communication skills to ensure effective resident interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care

• Collaborate with nursing staff for care delivery

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is required

• CCA course completion within two years mandatory

• Prior experience in health care is an asset

• Capable of performing physical duties

• Strong interpersonal skills are essential
