Key Responsibilities:

• Work within an inter-professional team to provide personalized care

• Adhere to care plans and document resident progress

• Assist in resident transfers and move-ins

• Administer medications while maintaining compliance

• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of resident environments

Requirements:

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker program or equivalent

• Experience with seniors in healthcare settings

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification

• Willing to obtain Vulnerable Sector Screening
