As a part of Sienna's Long Term Care team, you will engage deeply with residents and their families, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Your role is pivotal in facilitating daily living tasks while promoting emotional and social engagement within the community. Each day will focus on enriching lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily hygiene and grooming
• Encourage the use of personal sensory aids
• Administer medication with prescribed training
• Maintain access to mobility devices for residents
• Support residents' emotional and spiritual needs
Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Personal Support Worker program
• Proficient in bedside care techniques
• Compassionate and tactful in resident interactions
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
