Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily laboratory operations and testing in Biochemistry

• Maintain compliance with legislative and accreditation requirements

• Analyze statistical data for continuous improvement

• Foster staff development and high-quality patient care

• Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols

Requirements:

• Accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program graduate

• Current CMLTO registration in good standing

• At least five years of supervisory experience in Biochemistry

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Additional certification in Healthcare or Quality Management preferred
