Position: Compassionate Arabic-Speaking Life Share Caregiver
Support an adult's journey towards independence as an Arabic-speaking Life Share caregiver. Provide live-in, compassionate care within a culturally respectful home environment.

We are in search of a committed individual or couple to offer support to someone with diverse needs. In this role, you’ll create a nurturing space where autonomy and personal choice are emphasized. Ideal candidates will have experience with complex support needs and an understanding of Arab cultural values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily health and safety needs

• Promote self-determination and independence

• Ensure a welcoming and stable home

• Facilitate engagement in community activities

• Communicate effectively with support networks

Requirements:

• Background in supporting individuals with autism

• Fluent in Arabic for clear communication

• Valid BC Driver's Licence and vehicle access

• Knowledge of Arab culture and meal preparation

• Support of individual’s religious beliefs
