As a Personal Support Worker with Mississippi River Health Alliance in Almonte, you'll provide essential care and support to patients in a temporary full-time setting. Day and night shifts available based on your schedule.
Join a committed team at the MRHA, where you will enhance patient and resident care quality. Required qualifications include a certified PSW program completion and preferably some previous experience in long-term care. This role focuses on compassionate service and collaborative teamwork while maintaining the highest standards of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and assist residents in daily routines
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
• Collaborate with medical staff in delivering care
• Follow all health and safety regulations precisely
• Maintain a respectful and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited PSW training program
• Experience in complex continuing or long-term care settings preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to quality care and safety
• Capable of meeting the physical and cognitive demands of the job
• Must provide proof of vaccination status
