Play a crucial role in cardiac surgeries as a Perfusionist Specialist. Bring your perfusion expertise to a forefront position delivering exceptional patient care at a level 1 trauma center.

This full-time entry-level position requires you to operate critical perfusion equipment and monitor patients' physiological parameters. Working under seasoned professionals, you'll support more than 900 cardiac cases yearly, while also engaging in teaching and innovative perfusion research. Your contribution will be pivotal to enhancing the hospital's cardiac care capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain heart-lung machines

• Ensure effective myocardial protection techniques

• Monitor patient conditions during surgeries

• Administer medications and maintain sterile techniques

• Contribute to research and clinical education

Requirements:

• Degree in Perfusion Science is required

• Two years of relevant experience preferred

• Compliance with society membership standards

• Excellent communication abilities are essential

• Must possess physical ability to conduct responsibilities
