This casual position requires a minimum of 3 hours per shift, with potential for stacking shifts. You will provide meal preparation, personal care, and companionship while following care plans laid out by Care Designers.
Your role will be pivotal in enhancing clients' lives through safe and competent care in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Follow the care plan from the Care Designer
• Ensure client safety and proper equipment use
• Complete records and documentation accurately
• Serve clients in Burnaby, New Westminster, and Tri Cities
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in caregiving
• BC Care Aide registration or international health experience
• Valid CPR/First Aid Training Certificate
• Strong communication skills
• Professional references
