• Proficient in body massage, facials, and skincare
• Maintain detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.
• Communicate with guests during massages to adjust techniques as required.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, change treatment room sheets, and sterilize all instruments and equipment before each use.
• Explain massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and provide suitable recommendations.
• Prepare guest consultation. Be thoroughly familiar and able to recommend Spa products and treatments
• Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service.
• Attend all scheduled meetings, classes, and training sessions; knowledge required within the Spa must be passed on to co-workers.

• Licensed RMT with minimum 2 years experience (required).
• Proficiency in body massage, facials, and skincare.
• A great attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Certification as a Massage Therapist or in a related field (preferred
