Physiotherapists enjoy a diverse caseload that includes private clients, ICBC, WorkSafeBC, Veterans, disability claims, and patients of all ages, from children to active adults and seniors. Whether you’re looking to further develop your expertise in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, neurological recovery, sports injuries, or manual therapy, you’ll have access to experienced mentors and advanced technology like vestibular goggles to support comprehensive assessment and treatment.

This role offers a competitive 45%–55% fee‑for‑service split with excellent earning potential. Candidates may also choose a guaranteed hourly wage during their first three months while building a caseload( where applicable ). Both Employee and Independent Contractor arrangements are available.

As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem‑solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top‑quality, patient‑centered care. In this role, you will:

• Develop personalized, evidence‑informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient‑centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
• Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Utilize modern tools, including e‑charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
• Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self‑management strategies.

Key skills and qualifications include:

• Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
• Professional liability insurance (as required).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient‑first mindset.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
• 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply!).
