Drive healthcare excellence as a Coordinator in the Milk and Formula Handling Room at Fraser Health. Lead operational management, quality assurance, and staffing to enhance dietary services.
In this key role, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Milk/Formula Handling Room, focusing on the preparation and distribution of vital nutrition products. Collaborating with dietitians and healthcare professionals, you’ll implement policies and maintain standards to support patient care effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and revise policies for operational excellence
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance and training
• Perform audits for compliance with operational standards
• Partner with finance and supply chain for effective resource management
• Manage inventory and procurement processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition with internship
• Registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals
• 3 years relevant experience, with supervisory skills
• Knowledge of health safety standards and regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
