Focused on promoting cognitive and physical development, you will assess school-age children and provide tailored therapy services.
Your role also involves training teachers and parents to support children's rehabilitation and integration into classrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver physiotherapy assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Support educational staff by providing necessary training
• Engage in community outreach and communication
• Collaborate with families for holistic care development
• Keep comprehensive records of assessments and treatments
Requirements:
• Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Two years of relevant practice, including pediatric experience
• Full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals
• Class V B.C. Driver's License for outreach
• Ability to promote inclusive practices in education
