In the Virtual Hospitalist role, you'll leverage innovative technology to provide support to hospital teams and manage in-patients effectively. Focus on lab evaluations and treatment planning while collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care. Your commitment will help address health gaps in underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat in-patients using virtual technology
• Collaborate with onsite clinicians for holistic care
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and patient rounds
• Address and act on emerging patient issues
• Escalate complex cases to medical leadership when needed
Requirements:
• Current, unrestricted CPSBC license required
• 1–3 years of hospitalist experience necessary
• Passion for equitable healthcare delivery
• Familiarity with EMRs and digital tools
• Previous experience in digital health is a plus
