BCAA.You’lldesign and delivercoachingand development programs aligned with
BCAA’s vision and values, empoweringindividualsand teams to reach their full potential. As aCertified Coach and Insights Practitioner,you’llalso leadhuman-skillsand leadership initiatives that strengthen
BCAA’s award-winning culture and drive performance excellence.

Whatyou’lldo:
Design, implement, and sustain coaching and leadership development programsalignedwith BCAA’s mission, values, and strategic priorities.
Partner with senior leaders and People & Culture teams to strengthen leadership capability,performanceand culture.
Provideindividualand team coaching,and adviseon leadership effectiveness, change management, and culture development initiatives.
Facilitateengaginglearning experiences and workshops that build self-awareness, communication, and leadershipskills.
Integratepsychometric assessments and feedback tools into coaching and development processesto inform continuous improvement.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure programs are inclusive, accessible, and impactful.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources,Communication, or a relatedfield.
Coaching certification from a recognized institution;
Insights Discovery Certificationrequired;
Hogan Assessment Certification considered an asset.
Instructor’s or Adult Education Diploma.
10+years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational learning, or professional coaching within complexcustomer-focusedenvironments.
Demonstratedexpertisein individual and group coaching, withstrong facilitation,communicationand relationship-building skills.
Experience influencing senior leaders and driving cultural and behavioural change through coaching and development strategies.
Proficientwith Microsoft Office and digital learning or collaboration platforms.
Committedto ethical practice, confidentiality, and advancing organizational excellence through people development.
