Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and test assigned HR system modules
• Lead requirements gathering and system design coordination
• Analyze processes; recommend changes for improvement
• Educate stakeholders on system enhancements
• Maintain data quality and business process documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Over 5 years of Workday administration and implementation
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
