Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with management to define hiring needs

• Conduct preliminary interviews and support hiring conversations
• Utilize data reporting to optimize recruiting outcomes
• Manage recruitment processes via Applicant Tracking Systems
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English mandatory
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience in technical fields
• Proven ability to work with social media for sourcing
• Intermediate knowledge of applicant tracking software
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
