Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and optimize the People Operations System
• Manage employee lifecycle changes reliably and efficiently
• Conduct data analysis to inform HR strategies
• Implement process automation and improvements
• Act as a primary contact for employee benefits coordination
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in HRIS or People Operations
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis required
• Experience with change management in systems
• Strong attention to confidentiality and compliance
• Excellent training and communication abilities
