Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for technical talent
• Refine recruitment strategies and brand messaging
• Ensure a smooth interview process for technical candidates
• Advise and coach stakeholders on hiring needs
• Maintain and develop talent pipelines for strategic positions
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of technical recruitment experience
• Experience in AI or robotics preferred
• Strong organizational abilities
• Proficient with ATS and Google Suite
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
