Become an integral part of Encepta's HR team as an HR Coordinator, focusing on employee documentation and HRIS management. This role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
As an HR Coordinator, you will oversee onboarding, manage employee records, and support leave administration. Your work will ensure smooth operations within the People & Culture team, collaborating closely with other departments to maintain organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Coordinate employee services and training enrollments
• Manage HRIS for accurate employee record-keeping
• Prepare reports and audits on HR data
• Enhance HR compliance through documented processes
Requirements:
• 2+ years in HR coordination or administration
• Relevant post-secondary education in HR or Business
• Proficient in HR systems like BambooHR or ADP
• Knowledge of Canadian employment regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
