Key Responsibilities:
• Create recruitment strategies for a high volume of candidates
• Enhance employee engagement through targeted programs
• Ensure precision in HRIS and employee documentation

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related area
• 5+ years of progressive HR expertise; 3+ years in management
