• Collaborate with the TA Manager to improve hiring procedures
• Ensure a smooth interview process for candidates
• Guide hiring managers in effective decision-making
• Create and maintain talent pools for specialized roles
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in technical recruitment
• Strong organizational skills in dynamic environments
• Excellent communication both verbally and in writing
• Familiar with Google Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused in approach
