Senior Software Developer Analyst. This role isbasedout ofour Burnaby
Head Office and operates in a hybrid work environment, with in-office collaboration three days per week.
As a Senior Software Developer Analyst, you will be part of our SCRUM team responsible fordeliveryof exceptional businessapplicationsand web sites throughdevelopmentbest practices and process automation.

Onceyou’rehereyou’ll:
Design,develop, document and knowledge sharea complex and comprehensive product suite.
Developin-depth understanding of our applications andprovidesimprovement ideas.
Develop and conduct unit testing. Collaborate with QAs infunctional, integration,regressionand performance testing.
Participates in Scrum activities such as Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprintdemosand Retrospectives.
Scope and estimate developmenteffort.
Investigate and resolve production issues
Participate in the creation and review of architectural designs.
Relentlesslyseek outcontinuous improvement opportunities.
Provide technical direction,participatein interviewing and mentoringnewdevelopers.
Whatyoubring:
Degree or Diploma in Computing Science
Minimum of 7 years of application development experiencein the following:
Java, JEE(EJB and JSP), JBoss, Reactand Next.js,Powershellor equivalent, RDBMS (MS SQL, Oracle)
Cloud platforms (AWS,Open Shift,Azure)
SOAP web servicesandRESTfulmicroservices
Containerization and cluster technologies (Docker, Kubernetes,AWSEKS, Helm, etc.)
Continuous integration (Azure Dev Ops , Bitbucket)
Dev Ops methods and CI/CD automation practices
Strong understanding of relational databases and in-depthhands-onexperience in writing SQL queries.
Experience in IT process automation, continuous integration, and cloud development using AWS,GITandAzure Dev Ops.
Demonstrated ability in requirement analysis and development of technical specifications
Demonstrated experience in design and architecture modeling
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability tofacilitatetechnical discussionsto drive consensus
Experience inapplication monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
