We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong CRM delivery experience to lead and manage enterprise CRM implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end CRM projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) is a strong plus.

• Lead and manage CRM implementation and enhancement projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams.
• Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
• Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and third‑party vendors.
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership.
• Manage change requests, issue resolution, and escalation effectively.
• Ensure quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and successful go‑live support.
• Support post‑implementation stabilization and handover to support teams.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in CRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing modules).
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing distributed and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong risk management, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, etc.).

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM).
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (Power Platform, Power BI, Azure).
• Prior experience managing ERP + CRM integrated programs.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Experience working with global clients and multi-geo delivery teams.
