This role involves being the escalation point for Fortinet partners while troubleshooting endpoint-related issues. Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of security products are crucial for success. You will facilitate communication, lead case management, and provide education to clients to bridge any knowledge gaps.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct troubleshooting on Fortinet security products
• Analyze customer system data and provide recommendations
• Educate customers regarding networking and product usage
• Collaborate with QA to resolve technical issues
• Manage customer cases until resolution
Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical support roles
• Deep understanding of operating systems
• Familiarity with TCP/IP and networking concepts
• Background in endpoint security products
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
