Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct As-Is Assessments to identify capability gaps

• Design and unit-test MDM configurations per specifications

• Define and implement Data Migration strategies effectively

• Lead workshops and coordinate testing phases

• Document solutions and communicate effectively with clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

• 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ in MDM

• 3+ years experience in Stibo or Informatica

• Proven SQL skills for data analysis

• Strong communication and analytical capabilities
