As a Database Administrator II, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the company’s data systems secure, reliable, and high‑performing across North America. This is a hands‑on role where your work directly supports business operations, strategic initiatives, and long‑term data stability. • Optimize: Maintain, monitor, and tune databases to ensure strong performance and minimal downtime
• Secure: Protect data through backups, disaster recovery, access controls, and security best practices
• Migrate: Plan and execute database upgrades and migrations while ensuring system integrity
• Resolve: Troubleshoot issues quickly to restore service and maintain reliability
• Collaborate: Partner with IT teams and provide reporting, insights, and shared expertise

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Experience: 5+ years of hands‑on database administration experience
• Platforms: Experience supporting on‑premises and Azure SQL environments
• Security: Strong knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and data protection practices
• Automation: Ability to script and automate routine database tasks
