We are looking for a Systems Specialist with a customer-centric approach to tackle technical challenges in FP&A. With 3-5 years of EPM platform experience, you will proactively maintain our EPM solution (Pigment), manage user licensing, and ensure system health through effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with diverse teams to improve system integrations and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical point person for the EPM solution

• Coordinate and resolve technical issues for users

• Manage end-to-end ticket lifecycle and improve user experience

• Conduct user acceptance testing for data integrity

• Develop documentation to empower users effectively

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of EPM platforms experience required

• Understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes

• Ability to solve technical issues promptly

• Strong collaboration skills across teams

• Experience in user documentation writing
