In this hands-on position under the COO, you will meet with various department leaders to understand their challenges and opportunities. Your mission is to recommend and implement AI solutions that streamline workflows, improve productivity, and foster data-driven decision-making. Regular site visits ensure meaningful engagement with teams, facilitating better integration of AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with departments to find high-impact AI use cases

• Manage the rollout and optimization of Microsoft 365 Copilot

• Create training materials to support user adoption

• Oversee data governance and ensure compliance

• Analyze AI metrics and provide actionable reports

Requirements:

• 3-6 years in a similar role focusing on AI and data solutions

• Experience with Azure Data solutions and Microsoft 365 tools

• Proven ability to foster stakeholder alignment

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Travel readiness to engage with teams on-site
