QAI Laboratories is looking for a hands-on IT Manager who can drive our IT strategy and lead a small yet skilled team. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for the health of our IT infrastructure and ensuring robust security practices. You'll also collaborate closely with executive leadership to navigate budget and vendor strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee network infrastructure across North American offices

• Lead and mentor a small internal IT team

• Champion the administration of Microsoft 365 environments

• Maintain cybersecurity standards and compliance

• Provide technical leadership at Burnaby headquarters
Requirements:

• At least 4 years of IT experience with 2 years in a leadership role

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent

• Command over Windows Server and Active Directory

• Experience with Intune for endpoint management

• Strong leadership and communication skills
