In this key leadership role, you will steer QAI's IT strategy while managing a capable team and ensuring compliance with security standards. You will collaborate closely with the President on budget management and operational reporting, playing a critical role in the organization’s technological evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead a multifaceted IT team
• Manage network infrastructure across North American offices
• Administer Microsoft 365 and maintain security posture
• Build strategic vendor relationships for technology solutions
• Serve as the technical authority onsite at Burnaby HQ
Requirements:
• 4-7 years of IT experience, including team management
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong background in Microsoft 365 tooling
• Expertise in security measures and network management
• Effective communication skills across technical levels
