As a Program Manager, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at reducing fraud losses within the Identity & Trust Organization. This strategic role demands interaction with product, engineering, analytics, and operations teams. Your leadership will be vital in executing fraud risk assessments, standardizing responses to fraud incidents, and leveraging AI tools to enhance fraud prevention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional fraud prevention programs
• Translate fraud trends into technical requirements
• Perform fraud risk assessments for new products
• Drive investigations and root-cause analysis
• Track program goals, risks, and success metrics
Requirements:
• 5+ years in program management focused on fraud
• Bachelor’s degree or related certifications
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace
• Basic SQL knowledge required
• Strong technical fluency for engagement with engineers
