You will report to the Director of Global Customer Support Experience. This senior role requires a minimum of three years in data entry or a service-related field. Key tasks involve managing customer data policies, analyzing data from ERP and CRM systems, and collaborating across departments to optimize data acquisition and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard new customers and maintain data quality
• Analyze ERP and CRM data for optimization opportunities
• Manage and improve customer data governance

Requirements:

• Experience with SFDC, S/4, or Magento platforms
