Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical BSA with 12–15 years of experience, including strong hands‑on expertise in Salesforce platforms and deep domain knowledge in Life Sciences. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, gathering and translating requirements, supporting technical teams, and ensuring high‑quality solution delivery across Salesforce clouds (Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
Key Responsibilities- Work with business and product teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Salesforce enhancements and current features.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with platform best practices.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and solution design discussions.
- Support configuration using Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, and basic admin capabilities.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Manage cross‑functional communication with QA, dev teams, and business stakeholders.
- Work with Life Sciences data models, patient journeys, consent management, and regulatory requirements (GxP, HIPAA, compliance).
- Support integration design discussions across systems like Veeva, ERP, MDM, EHR, and downstream platforms.
- Ensure documentation, release notes, and design artifacts are updated and compliant with Life Sciences quality processes.
- 12–15 years of overall experience, including strong experience as a Salesforce BSA.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; Health Cloud must).
- Ability to write user stories, functional specs, process flows (Visio, Lucidchart).
- Good understanding of Apex triggers, SOQL basics, LWCs (technical comprehension only).
- Experience working closely with technical teams on solution design discussions.
- Hands‑on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, ALM tools.
- Strong Life Sciences domain knowledge – clinical workflows, patient support programs, safety/compliance processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with US/Canada business stakeholders.
- Experience in Pharma CRM, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, or Clinical Operations.
- Understanding of GxP validation processes.
- Prior experience working with distributed teams across US/Canada regions.
