We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing team and play a key role in how our programs are executed and measured. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will support the performance and execution of marketing programs across paid media, email, events, and CRM. You will work closely with the team to ensure campaigns are well coordinated, set up effectively in Hub Spot, and supported by accurate tracking and reporting.

This role involves executing marketing campaigns while improving the systems, data, and processes that support them. You will help strengthen how leads are captured and managed, how campaigns are measured, and how performance data is used to inform decisions.

What You’ll Do Marketing Operations
  • Manage and optimize Hub Spot, including workflows, campaign setup, segmentation, and reporting
  • Improve lead management processes, including routing, data structure, and campaign measurement
  • Partner with Sales Operations to maintain accurate CRM integration and data consistency
Paid Media Execution and Optimization
  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns across priority channels, tracking performance against key metrics
  • Support testing, targeting, and landing page alignment to improve lead quality and conversion
Email Marketing
  • Build and deploy marketing emails that support campaigns, events, and nurture programs
  • Manage segmentation, quality assurance, and performance optimization to improve engagement
Reporting and Performance Visibility
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports across Hub Spot, CRM, and paid platforms
  • Provide insights on campaign performance and contribute to attribution tracking across channels
Trade Shows and Events
  • Coordinate and execute trade shows and events from planning through follow-up
  • Ensure lead capture, campaign tracking, and post-event reporting are in place
Mar Tech and Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve consistency through automation
  • Support adoption of marketing tools, naming conventions, and reporting standards
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related B2B role
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology company environment
  • Hands‑on experience with Hub Spot or a similar marketing automation platform
  • Familiarity with paid media, email marketing, CRM systems, and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and improve processes
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience working in partner or channel‑driven marketing environments
  • Familiarity with ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or the broader Microsoft ecosystem
  • Experience supporting events, webinars, or trade shows
Compensation & Benefits

At Binary Stream, we recognize the importance of competitive compensation. We benchmark annually against Canada’s tech sector to ensure our salary ranges remain current and compelling.

Base Salary Hiring Range: $71,000 – $85,000

This range reflects the starting compensation for new hires in a full‑time capacity. Final offers are based on experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring. In exceptional cases, compensation above this range may be considered.

Annual Performance‑Based Bonus:

Employees are eligible for an annual performance‑based bonus that reflects both individual performance and company‑wide results.
