As a crucial member of HUB International in Burnaby, BC, you will provide essential support across various business technology systems like Epic and Policy Works. Your background in the insurance industry will enhance your ability to solve analytical challenges and manage workflows effectively. This position will also involve overseeing audits and contributing to diverse special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide invoicing and accounting support for business operations
• Support employees with technology systems efficiently
• Create and manage workflows and reference guides
• Act as lead tester for software installations
• Coordinate the Business Systems Champion network effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in the insurance industry required
• Experience as Team Assistant or Insurance Advisor
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel
• CAIB, CIP, or FCIP designations preferred
