In the Entry-Level System Administrator position, you will be key to maintaining Ventana’s technological infrastructure. Your work will directly assist various teams such as Pre-Construction and Project Management in optimizing technology for their needs. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with equipment maintenance and user support to drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain basic IT systems and networks

• Troubleshoot common hardware/software issues and resolve them

• Answer user queries and assist with technical problems

• Use ticketing systems for tracking support requests

• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a technology program or equivalent

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Class 5 licence is an asset

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
