In this full‑time position, you will provide critical business support to employees and management while ensuring seamless operations of various systems like Epic and Policy Works. Your experience in the insurance industry will help with analytical problem‑solving and workflow management. This role provides you with the chance to oversee audits and contribute to special projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide invoicing and accounting support
- Support employees with business technology systems
- Create and manage local workflows and reference guides
- Act as testing lead for software installations
- Coordinate the Business Systems Champion network
- Minimum five years in the insurance industry
- Experience in roles like Team Assistant or Insurance Advisor
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Preferred CAIB, CIP, or FCIP designations
