Fortinet, a leader in cybersecurity, is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their Burnaby TAC Team. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in technical support or system administration within networking or security. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting endpoint security products and acting as an escalation point for critical issues while ensuring effective communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot Fortinet’s Endpoint Detection and Response solutions
• Manage escalated customer cases through resolution
• Analyze configuration information for recommendations
• Provide user education and support on product features
• Create knowledge-based articles for team resources
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of technical support experience
• Deep knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Proficient in troubleshooting TCP/IP and network issues
• Familiarity with security models like MITRE ATT&CK
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
