Key Responsibilities Provide invoicing and accounting support
Support employees with business technology systems
Create and manage local workflows and reference guides
Act as testing lead for software installations
Coordinate the Business Systems Champion network
Requirements Minimum five years in the insurance industry
Experience in roles like Team Assistant or Insurance Advisor
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Preferred CAIB, CIP, or FCIP designations
