In this role at Houle, you'll be responsible for the administration of technical support in Security Technology Services. Engaging with customers, you will manage their service requests and coordinate the necessary technician dispatches. You'll also play an essential part in ensuring the work is completed according to top standards, all while fostering communication and collaboration among all involved parties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality customer service to clients
• Receive and triage service requests promptly
• Work with customers to perform initial technical investigations

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a customer service/support role
