Position: Security Systems Service Technician Needed

At SSRG, your main responsibilities will include the ongoing support and maintenance of various electronic security systems, including video surveillance and access control. You will work closely with other teams and clients, providing insights and recommendations to ensure effective system operations. Your strong technical background will help you excel in diagnosing and repairing issues while adhering to safety standards and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain various security systems

• Conduct troubleshooting across multiple platforms

• Perform routine inspections to ensure functionality

• Provide on-call support and assist customers directly

• Keep accurate service records and training documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in integrated security systems

• Valid TQ certification or in progress

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

• Familiarity with industry tools and equipment

• Ability to prioritize and resolve issues in the field
