Join Fortinet as a Contract Service Delivery Manager to enhance SOCaaS initiatives and customer relationships. This role focuses on project management, service delivery, and stakeholder communication in a supportive environment.
The Service Delivery Manager will work within the Security Operations as-a-Service team, utilizing strong project management skills to oversee customer onboarding and enhance service delivery. You'll conduct service reviews and manage escalation processes effectively while ensuring stakeholders are informed of customer statuses and progress on deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate SOCaaS onboarding and Proof-of-Concepts
• Support customers in requirement gathering and service delivery
• Conduct regular service review meetings to enhance experiences
• Manage end-to-end customer Service Requests
• Collect customer feedback for technology improvements
Requirements:
• 3+ years of customer-facing service delivery experience
• Project Management expertise and status reporting skills
• Understanding of Information Security and network technologies
• Familiarity with Cyber Kill Chain and SOC use case development
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related area
