Elevate business processes as a Principal Technical Consultant vide expert guidance on automating and modeling processes in Service Now for customer environments.
In this senior role, you will engage with key customers to redefine and improve their processes through Service Now. With over five years of experience required, you’ll lead project delivery, contribute to technical documentation, and mentor future system administrators. Key Responsibilities:
• Support process definition and improvement workshops
• Advise on maximizing Service Now capabilities
• Draft user stories and acceptance criteria
• Provide oversight and train system administrators
• Deliver customer-facing documentation and solutions
Requirements:
• 5+ years with Service Now implementation and customization
• 4+ years of web technologies and networking
• Strong ITIL, JavaScript, and IT architecture knowledge
• Service Now System Administrator and Application Developer Certifications
• Excellent communication and project management skills
