As a Technical Support Lead, your primary focus will be ensuring the reliability and functionality of fielded systems. You'll coordinate with the Engineering and Quality departments to manage performance metrics and firmware upgrades effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and document equipment performance in the field
• Lead troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts on-site

Requirements:
• 4+ years in technical support experience
• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred
• e-Rail Safe certification necessary
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with electromechanical systems
• Willingness to travel occasionally
