Customer Data Management Lead Position

Join STEMCELL as a Senior Customer Data Associate, managing critical customer accounts and data integrity in a collaborative environment. Lead onboarding and governance processes effectively and efficiently.

In this senior-level role, you will be integral to the Master Data Management team. With a focus on optimizing data quality, you’ll analyze exceptions in ERP and CRM data, partner with multiple teams for effective data management, and develop comprehensive training programs for data consumers. Your efforts will ensure data complies with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct new customer onboarding and data governance

• Highlight exceptions in data analysis for optimization

• Ensure the highest standards of customer data maintenance

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams

• Identify opportunities for digitizing data handling

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of data entry/service experience

• Proficiency in enterprise platforms like SFDC

• Experience with data quality implementation is a plus

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Effective communicator in high-pressure settings
